Power generated by the Kariba Dam gets halved

Power generated by the Kariba Dam has been halved, says a recent report by Reuters. According to Zambian State-owned Zesco, both Zambia and Zimbabwe have reduced power generation to around half capacity at their power stations at the Kariba Dam because of falling water levels in the reservoir.
