SAPS AND THE CITY: JP Smith says unlawful office raid aligns with Mkhwanazi’s dirty politics accusations

A high court has found that raids earlier this year at the offices of DA City of Cape Town councillors JP Smith and Xanthea Limberg were unlawful. The police are reviewing this. Smith, meanwhile, has reiterated his stance that he was the target of dirty politics.
