The Nelson Mandela Bay Metro and the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment have both washed their hands, so to speak, of a dead whale stranded in Schoenmakerskop, Gqeberha, as civil servants on both sides claim that it is the job of the other to remove the rotting carcass.
